I have known Sasha for over 20 years and she has been inspirational and instrumental in me joining the world of physiotherapy.  

I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and ACPSEM.

I am registered with the HPC. 

I have always had a passion for sport and I have competed at an International and National Level in Trampolining. I also competed nationally as a synchronised swimmer. 

Throughout my time as a competitive athlete I experienced first-hand the power of physiotherapy treatment. On many occasions Sasha was able to get me fit enough to compete using various techniques such as deep soft tissue massage, ultrasound, interferential and exercise prescriptions.

Having experienced manual therapy together with rehabilitative advice and exercises, I have been able to witness first-hand the physical and psychological benefits of this form of physiotherapy.

Therefore my approach to treatment strongly follows the established practice of Sasha's ethos of;

"a hands on approach with the main focus on Manual therapy"

I studied for my degree at Brighton University and Graduated with a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy.

I have experience of working in a number of different clinical settings and as a result am able to offer focussed effective treatments for a plethora of different conditions, leading to a structured approach of treatments to provide pain relief with a full restoration of movement and mobility.
